So what makes dance team different than group classes?
Want to learn Latin hips, Ballroom sways, the Swing's swing and the Tango Walks?
Dance team provides a more structured, disciplined environment to work on the intricacies of various dance styles. The intention is to improve our technique through choreography and rigorous repetition. This space is focused on skill development and geeking out to mastery.
Choreography can be an overwhelming word. We break choreography down into smaller, more manageable chunks to allow you to learn and genuinely retain the sequence more effectively. Building muscle memory is the key. It’s very important to us that you can perform moves fluidly and instinctively over time.
Our overall goal is to perform at local events to showcase all that we’ve confidently learned together. We find this super motivating for those interested in experiencing the thrill, excitement and madness of a live performance and the rewards of group achievements.
There is a higher level of commitment with scheduled practice, since we’re focused on consistent progression over time.
There is a ton of fun in the process, but it’s a balance (or rather dance 😆) between work and play.
We’re constantly learning from one another as our individual experiences are vast across each team. No partner is necessary as rotating partners encourages Lead/Follow growth and connection.

- Adult Latin & Ballroom Team:
Wednesdays 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
$75 per Month
- Adult West Coast Swing Team:
Sundays 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
$100 per Month
- Teen Latin & Ballroom Team:
Wednesdays 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturdays 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
$75 per Month / Once per Week
$125 per Month / Twice per Week
- Additional required practices for show preparation
to be determined based on dancers' availabilities
